2007 S40 LED Upgrades

Hello,
I am working on my wife's S40 a few of the lights are old and dim so I decided to do a LED upgrade to the car. This is what I have come up with, can anyone see glaring errors in it? One thing I'm worried about is the relay for the turn signals.
