Oil Cooler lines.
Open the hood and look down between the engine and the radiators.
They run to the right side of the radiator, unless you have the optional Extra Oil cooler.

Super common leak at this age. Those are probably the original lines, although could be aftermarket replacements that wore out quickly.
Oil cooler lines are expensive. Some things to keep in mind:
- the cheap ones (by Dorman) do not have good longevity.
- the Volvo ones are at least $150 for the pair
- you can rebuild them yourself for about $15 for the pair
- you can get a hydraulic shop to rebuild them for about $30 for the pair
- the job is a total PITA
- be sure to also get new o-rings for both ends, buy these parts in Volvo brand (another $15 or so)
- you don't need to replace the metal clips that hold the hoses to the radiator, reuse the old ones and secure them with zip ties

Awesome, thank you!!
Theres a place is Oshkosh, WI that does a pretty darn good job rebuilding hydraulic lines and stuff.
Got a list of tools I need for the job?
We have a second car and I can walk to work if need be, so I can slowly pick at this job throughout the week.

I would power wash the oil off, add tracer dye to the oil. Then determine if the leak is the hose or just the O-ring. Might save you a lot of time and money.

Looks like your oil cooler line is leaking.
FCP has a pretty good deal on a genuine replacement kit, or you can get the hose individually to save some money. I wouldn't recommend going non-OE though.

It's super common for the hoses to leak after 20 years, I doubt it is just the o-ring. However if that is the problem then for sure only replace the o-ring. You can tell by looking at where the leak starts, is it where the hose(s) plug into the radiator (o-rings), or where the rubber meets the metal part of the hose(s) (entire hose is bad)?
