2001 S40 Cylinder Numbers? Which is which?

I've got a 2001 S40 1.9L Turbo and I'd like to know what the cylinder designations are. Is cylinder #1 on the drivers side (left hand drive car)?

No, I don't believe so. 1 begins on the passenger's side and 4 is closer to the drivers (from how I read Vadis). The blue connector goes to 1 and 4 while the grey connector goes to 2 and 3 (middle). Ignition coil packs are on the 3 (grey) & 4 (blue) plugs...hope this helps.

In the picture below, A is grey and B is blue, so the 1-2-3-4 designation from left to right makes sense:
