For sale is a 2004 V70R M66 6 speed manual. Black Sapphire and Gobi interior. It has 175,480mi at the moment. It has BC Coilovers, new tires, and about $5k in recent preventative maintenance. Coilpacks, plugs, timing belt, fluids, oem throttle body, camshaft gear sprocket pulleys, fuel pressure sensor, oem control arms and bushings, serpentine belt tensioner, fuel filter, angle gear and more, all done within about the last year. Pretty much whatever the Volvo dealership recommended, I did.

For the past 6 years and have driven back and forth from work every day (60mi) and for long road trips. It's a wonderful car and it honestly pains me to consider selling it. But I should allow someone else to enjoy this car.

The exterior is not the greatest. I tried to get pictures, but they don't it justice. The passenger side looks like it was used to pick up balls at a golf driving range, and the drivers side doesn't have the dents, but it has some scratches. I imagine a good PDR guy could do absolute wonders on this exterior

The interior looks great. It definitely could use a nice detailing and shampoo. The front seats have separation on the area closest to the door. An upholstery friend said it is an easy fix. Otherwise, for nearly 200k mi, I think the interior looks amazing. The biggest problem with the l is that the drivers side seat heater gets too hot. Like burn you hot. So I do not use it. I'm guessing the foam is just worn down so it's hitting the leather.

The biggest problem with the vehicle is that the throw out bearing in the transmission is bad. At idle, it sounds like gravel coming from the engine bay, but when the clutch is engaged, the noise goes away. I think the transmission has to come out, but I'm not certain.

I have way too many cars, and I should sell this one to help fund my ladies next car, and give us some more room. It pains me to even consider selling it, and I know I will regret it when it's gone, but it's probably time for someone else to enjoy this beauty. This car is so freaking fun to drive, and I love it with all my heart. That's why I've never sold this one, and never thought I would. I believe there were 541 manual V70Rs in 2004, and I can't imagine that much more than half that number are still on the road today. V 70 R V70 R

This is interesting to me because it's an M66 car that would probably never see a collector's status because of the miles and condition. Bringing it up to "decent" -- the zone where you can really cash in on the collector's status -- would cost a fortune. It's the body.

If I was hot on this car, I'd make it a bit of an oddball: a daily driver M66 R. I think $6500 is right on the nose.

In a larger sense, it's a manual, turbo, AWD wagon. The four best attributes in the automotive kingdom.

Those don't grow on trees. In fact, I doubt we'll ever see one again, now that the Golf Alltrack is done.

Not too bad, good deal for an M66 wagon. Those headlight covers have got to go though!

I know nothing about these 1800s but it seems this is a nice one, would be really fun to drive.
