Tricky! It should pull directly out, but the rings and spacers are probably preventing it from releasing.
If you have a pair of panel clip pliers, those might allow you to get it out.

Sat in PB Blaster for a few hours. Still wont budge.

The housing that it fit into spins, so I most likely broke something.

Can you fill the radiator and see if the connection now leaks? If it leaks, then just hack at it to disassemble and order the new radiator.

Fitting is brass and won’t break. Maybe lock on a vice grip and use that as a pry point to pop out

Replace it, and find the oil line rebuild thread to keep that cheap.

Or I’ll send you used ones

PB Blaster for a day and a half. Wrenches, Channel locks, pliers, rubber mallet. This this absolutely will not budge....

Sucks, because it's the only thing holding me back. Oil thermostat is off and I got new brakes all around. Just need this lower hose off and I get to drive her again.

Good luck. It would be a pain to have to replace the radiator too just because of a stuck engine oil cooler hose.
I removed the oil thermostat a few years ago and I remember it took me a long time to get the rectangular o-ring to stay put in the groove so I could tighten up the two bolts.
