Dash lights flashing along with seatbelt light on visor and all gauges going to zero
this happens after the car has been driven a few miles,flashes about 10 times and quits,only after it has been driven and warmed up.?? battery going bad?

Well, test the battery by undoing the negative, leave 1h, see how much V
But yours being a 2003, more likely faulty DIM - search forums, Ebay repair service $150 battery HAS to be disconnected while removing it

Is the DIm in the alternator or on the firewall,or,as someone else said the CEM ? what does that stand for.Certain Ebay Moron?

Thank you guys! would the DIM being bad also make reading the Outside Temp wrong also? which may effect the air conditioner? or is that the dreaded bad clutch assembly.?

I had this issue once on my '94 850. I went under the drivers dash and found a bundle of wires that had worn thru a wrapping and the wire sheathing and the exposed wires were touching a steel cross member. Isolated and wrapped each exposed wire and all has been good since.
