Just a quick one I hope..
I have had the engine and gearbox out of the car and are in the middle of putting it back in when a thing comes to my mind which I feel that I have to get clarified before I move on. Hope you can help.
Coincidentally I notised that the engine doesn't seem to be 100% horisontical in the engine room, looks like it's tilting a bit to the left side (standing infront of the car).
Engine mounts are in place and bolts mounted which fit perfect. It was same mounts as before.
Question is if this is normal or something is wrong? I can't see how to correct it though but who knows.. I believe it's been like that always but just haven't noticed it with the engine room fully packed.
Attached a photo showing the gearbox distance to the subframe, I don't recall whether it has to be standing on the subframe or this gap is normal - maybe someone can take a look at their own 850 turbo for comparison?
Maybe woth mentioning that the car is not standing on wheels but on 4 jacks.
Thanks
