How to clean used ac compressor? AC system replacement/refresh

Hi friends,

I decided to put AC back in my car and got a used Valeo unit from a junkyard. It seems to be in good condition but there is a little bit of a dirt build up inside the ports. I'm assuming from being off the car. I'm looking for tips for cleaning out the ac compressor when it's already out of the car. The videos I'm finding online are for using a system flush kit for other parts of the car and one of the videos said to never flush a compressor.

Does anyone have any links or tips for cleaning a used AC compressor?
