How cold is Finland in March?
Metal contracts when cold, expands when hot. It might be an air leak that only shows up when it is extremely cold.

This winter was quite warm overall, but on March we were around 0 celsius, while typically on January and February we could have up to -20...-30C. Temperature is not a very likely cause on this case, but of course also not totally dismissed. We’ll see next winter if the fault does not show itself earlier. :D
