2004 s60 timing belt job

$400 is a garage price.. not that bad. Of course, I think a place who's doing these daily, it's ready in less than 1.5h, even 1h should be fine without the water pump. But garages like to think a timing belt should cost a lot to replace, Try on local.google.com for european cars garages and check the reviews

They said that the job would cost $80something more if i replaced the serp belt tensioner, instead of just the tensioner pulley like i did. They recommended i do that, but i went with just the pulley.

That's crazy, the serp belt is already off for the a tb job, the tensioner is two bolts
