Help identifying another leak...

Post by TheOtherside » Wed May 06, 2020 3:31 pm

Can't get it in the air right now to look under it, but within 2 minutes of running, there's a 3" puddle on the ground of what looks to oil.

Drivers side of the engine towards the back.

Anyone know what's there that could be leaking?

Here's a really bad picture. Of where it might be coming from.

Abscate beat me to it. I would also add, that if the PCV has not been checked in a long time, it is time for the glove test to see if it is blocked. This is the main reason for seals to start leaking is a pressurized crankcase.

That will get you a blue box Volvo.

The Corteco seal is every bit as good ( not OEM) and is on my cars

Neil’s advice on checking crankcase pressure is indeed Samurai

Make sure everything goes back in the way it came out. That slot in the middle is asymmetric.
