P0017 code.

Hey guys. Back again. 2004 XC90 with 2.9 engine. I’ve been trying to figure out a p0017 code. My crank and cam sensors are new. The vvt solenoid is new with a new gasket. The guy I bought the car from said that he had the head shaved after a blown head gasket. The car has no torque at all. I put a new timing belt on and set the timing with the cams locked. Is it possible that the exhaust cam was installed wrong and that’s what’s causing this? Can’t that be corrected without removing the head? Thanks guys.

Do you know if the timing is the same on a 2004 xc90 2.9l as on a 2.5l are they different

I think it is as long as they are turboed but I don’t really know.

Also is it okay drive around the neighborhood without that top bar installed.
