Fuel filter preference 2.4 N/A S60

Post by ionianp2 »

Hi everyone,

I hope all is well. I was wondering if anyone had a favorite in terms of fuel filters. It seems that FCP has great reviews on Hengst (cheapest), Mann, Mahle, and of course the OEM.

I was wondering if anyone had any experiences worth sharing?

I’ve only used Bosch and Mann, with good figment

Read up on how the fittings release ,and if they break, there are cheap fixes

Cleaning out the fittings with some spray to clear out some dirt made them easier to squeeze and release.

I apply the thinnest of smears of silicone grease to the filters' nipples. I feel it eases getting through the o-rings.
