The rebuilding of "Curious George" 2000 B5244T engine

Reworking an old engine for future projects.

Engine running well but oil return lines heavily sludged. Plan is to remove head, rework

Remove oil pan, renew oring, oil pickup , clean crankcase.

Ooh!!!!!! Those are ugly cam seal failures on cylinder #5. That poor engine.

No, don't do the RMS! It is way more fun to pull the engine again to do the RMS after you put the engine in the car and find out it leaks... At least that's what I have been told by reliable sources.

RMS = Root Mean Square? Assume this is not what this means in this context.

$10 part that keep oil of the flywheel and clutch, where applicable, that takes 15 hours of engine R/R to replace

Not in the glossary. We will fix that

Tried some hand drilling today and quickly figured out a drill press is needed.
