Boost surge ?? , or is my bov to small

Hi all

Please I am needing some help , I've been working on my vovlo c70 99 coupe 2.5 t got everything running well except for when I go full throttle and let off at 4500 rpm its feels like theres a boost surge where the car wants to die , I'm wondering if my bov is wrong it's not a great brand , just need to know what's happening .

What work have you done on your car? It will help us to advise better if we know what you have replaced on the engine and ideally brands of parts.

Nothing the car is bone stock only thing is the bov after the intercooler , I'm wanting to get it running perfectly before I decided to any major upgrades I did pull the head off about 6 months ago to do valve stem seals and got the the hydraulic lifts reset , and I changed the turbo cartridge, that's all I've done
