s60 2015 - changing peeling radio buttons

hello guys.
i own a s60 2015 and the buttons on my radio and also my a/c are peeling.
i wanted to buy the whole thing 2nd hand from ebay but i couldn't find any with options like mine.

so what i was thinking is to buy a good used one and just swap the a/c buttons and the radio buttons into my unit.

did anybody ever tried it? is it possibale? complicated? thank you.
