If you thing the started has seized, remove that before trying this and see if the engine has frozen. No point condemning the engine to quickly. Removing the starter will also not be wasted as you will need to remove it if the engine is wasted anyway. Can you borrow a boroscope? If you can you can put it down the plug holes and look for damage on the piston crowns and broken rings. Also check the crown wheel teeth for damage where the starter motor was when it seized (assuming it did).

I am ever the optimist and hope that your engine is not done!

Neil.
I won't be able to attempt turning the engine over until I can get my friend's breaker bar. on Tuesday I will remove the starter and attempt to turn the engine if possible.

Make sure those plugs are out first - that gas needs a place to go...
Wisdom requires knowledge as a prerequisite, but knowledge can be developed due to a lack of wisdom.
In order to learn how to fix something, you must first learn how to break it.

no gas in chambers. intake Port#2 from passenger side and entire intake manifold was full of gas.

If that is drained out or vented off, with all the plugs out will it then turn over by hand?
