Pull the plugs on #4 an #5 and check they are not wet. There is another thread running where the owner was having leaking injectors after a re-build.

The fact you have all these issues it could be one of 2 other things and or a bad battery:

1) Electrical portion of the ignition switch. It can cause all sort of mayhem. Did you try switching off and re-starting?
2) I had random lights coming on and weird running and it was the ABS module of all things.

The other thing could be a bad connector or air/vacuum leaks.

Not sure why the TPS is showing as a code.

Is the ABS module an easy cheapies fix? How do I test that?

Did you unhook the ABS module during the job? The connector is really finicky, make sure it is seated properly.

Or maybe the module has finally gone out. Matty Moo is still the way to go there https://www.midwest-abs.com/. There is some troubleshooting info on that page too.

+ 1 with eriks suggestion. Junkyard ABS modules (check Mid-West ABS website for module compatibility. There are different versions. Price was around $100 with lifetime warranty.
