What about vibrations? IPD subframe bushing poly inserts were terrible in that respect.

Strong vibrations have also been reported even with only an upper engine torque mount in polyurethane. But assuming all engine mounts and subframe bushings are the standard rubber ones, I would not expect vibrations from the engine to be transmitted through polyurethane control arm bushings to the steering wheel (also assuming the wheels are properly balanced and the axle joints are in good condition).

Had the car aligned today after replacing LCA mounts and new shocks, but driving back from the shop i am very impressed with the improved feel the car has. Ive read people saying its a night and day transformation, in my case not sure i would go that far but it is better. There are No vibrations felt through the steering wheel or car.

In regards to the upper mount, i felt some vibrations only at idle in my XC70 manual after fitting poly bushing but this was because my engine was rough, now ive done a tonne of work on the engine i can feel almost no vibrations at idle or driving.
