Hello, my C70 failed inspection because of a non working parking brake. I bought new shoes, well, and everything else. New rotors, pads and hardware. This am I got as far as taking off the rear disk, but it is hung up on the lip of the rotor. I can't see any adjusters, and I know it is hanging up on the shoes/springs. A youtube video says that if you are replacing everything, just get medieval on it. Before I go that route, any suggestions?

You have to back the adjusters off to get the rotor/ drum combo off. Do you have six holes in the face of the rotor/ drum....five for the lug nuts and an extra one?
That extra one is where you back off the adjuster. I use a bright flashlight to find it. They are in slightly different places on each side. I’ll see if I documented where they are on my p80 chassis to help
