If you have your old one then you do not need to purchase any new clips (the black ones). What post are you talking about? Also, the 99 + had badge clips (the silver ones that secure the badge to the grille) that you could pry up and reuse if you flatten. 98's used a much more rigid one that is similar to a nut. The badge is the only thing you need but those should fit from either. Note, if you pull a badge from a 98 waterfall (chrome grille) then its two inner clip posts will not line up. The badge will still mount onto the grille via the outer posts, but the inner ones will not line up. I have not confirmed if this is the case for all waterfall grilles.subzerocarfanatic wrote: ↑16 Jul 2020, 10:37 Yeah, I found an older 96 version with the black badge, I think I like the newer ones, they are expensive to replace though worth it I suppose.I found a new OEM grille, just the chrome part with no badges or anything for $39 but then I have to purchase the clips, post, and new Volvo badge which is around $55- $60 itself.

1998-2002 should be waterfall grille like 1998-2000 "other" P80s, Eggcrate was a 2003-4 thing And XCs. Note the comments about the badge. Any 1998-2000 Base, GLT, AWD, or T5 will do, or 1998-2002 C70. All over the junkyards.
Find the weight, check shipping from 32547 and I'll give you one. I've got a spare.
