XC90 ECM Relearn

Hello All,

My XC90 2.5T just threw me a P0101 code “Mass or Volume Air Flow Sensor “A” Circuit Range Performance”. I’m going to give the MAF a nice clean tomorrow. I also looked up the part on FCP Euro, and on the part description they recommend doing an ECM Relearn/Reload when replacing the part.

I figured I’d do that when cleaning the MAF. Could anyone help me with the procedure for the ECM Relearn/Reload? I have the Volvo VIDA if that helps.

I do not think reload help in your issue.

Just disconnect the battery for 10 minutes, hook it back up, and let it idle for about 15 minutes. There’s your relearn.
