Duh... forgot you have a '98 and need the large hose to the PTC. I wouldn't get anything but genuine Volvo parts for this stuff, so I guess it comes down to whichever one you'd like to order. Either pay the extra $15 for the lifetime warranty or just save a couple bucks with iPd (rare for them) since you probably won't have to do it again for a long time.

If you want to shave some bucks off the cost, there are some DIY solutions for the large hose. Best is to use fuel line search for the method posted here by user tryingbe. Don't use cheap heater hose. But the other, molded hoses must be Volvo branded (pick your favorite supplier) and if you go the DIY route you have to piece together a kit.

1. Use Oil gallery brushes to clean out the hoses.
2. Smoke test all the hoses for leaks.
3. Clean out the Oil trap.
4. If all checks out, reuse.

***UPDATE*** That was fun

...Installed a new PCV (lots of gunk) and it made quite a difference in performance, also cleaned the PTC. Have negative pressure (sucks glove in) on the oil filler cap. Still have an oil leak, drivers side/rear of engine, which started a few months ago when it backfired. Thought a new PCV would help. Need to get under it to see where its coming from, checked both cam seals to rule out blown seals.

The top was loose as I was unscrewing the hose clamp, you can see oil residue all around the lower half. The other hose snapped right off plastic and all.
