Yeah maybe they're seeing the other low milage p80s on the local craigslist market? I agree the prices are generally too high.

I wonder if the market is inflating the price too... There's a nice red 2008 s40 2.4i 5 speed manual in VT with only 71k miles, with mounted summer and winter tires both with under 10k miles on them. Listed for $5900. I'd happily buy it as my wife's car it if it was closer, but if it was closer I feel like it would cost closer to 8k. I've seen manual s40's with twice the miles listed for the same price around Boston.
