2001 v70 no crank no start

I have this v70 that was running fine my son drove it the other day and he said it wouldn't start. He waited 1 Hr. then it started and he drove home and parked it know it doesn't crank. The alarm went off the other day but when you try starting there is a click and that's it. Checked the starter relay and it's good , jumped across relay and started is fine . What should I try Next Also tried locking and unlocking with key no change. Help.

I think that’s Levantine Arabic which is not in my playbook unfortunately, mine is bad enough that I don’t want to start playing a Volvo war
