Check the fuel pressure at the rail, it needs to be at 52 psi +-

You need an oscilloscope to check the PEM

Thank you. With the rail disconnected and no fuel coming out of the fuel line on crank wouldn't that verified zero pressure

Yes, that does not sound good.

It might be worth opening the PEM UP anD banging out the corrosion like this guy, and trying electronic contact cleaner ( no brake cleaner or MAF cleaner) like this idiot
