98 S70 T5 radio swapout... DIN to RCA question

I know its been asked before but i have a few questions.

I need a 5 pin, female DIN connection to male RCAs and im assuming my amp turn on can be handled by the other blue lead from the head unit. Not having a lot of luck other than maybe one on Amazon that got mixed reviews. Any ideas?

Also, the pic of the back of my new head unit, where would those RCAs plug in?

That is a six pin DIN. Count them.

Your new head does not have all the RCA outputs needed to drive all four Amp channels. Front left (FL) , Rear left (RL) , Front Right (FR) & Rear Left (RL). The new head RCAs only has two of them . Rear Right out (RR Out) and the Rear Left out (RL Out) to drive the amp.

What that connector right next to the RCA connectors. It starts with A is it Amp?
