C70 wiring diagrams? Got some plugs hanging "in the air" in the

Post by eightfifty2x0 »

Hey! I bought a C70 that was side-reared and after the fix i got it with the cables just hanging there.
I will link some pictures of it.
I havent connected the ones in the pictures.
The black ones seem to be for the GND, but i am not sure to where to attach them.

The deal here is with the blinkers. When i press the brake pedal, the blinkers start to blink weird, if at all. Otherwise when the brake pedal is not pressed on, the blinkers work just fine.
Help?
I couldnt add the pics here, so i posted them on imgur(

What is weird, like blink fast, or dim? Take a multimeter and measure the voltage when you push the brake pedal vs not pushed on the blinker. It might be a weird relay issue.

I dont have a second person to help me... And somebody on the local forums told me that the parking assistant might be damaged... But without diagrams i cannot really do anything. I could measure the voltage everywhere, but what would take a looong time and would not really help me

Can you leave a phone recording behind the car and then post the video or take still images? A picture is worth a 1000 words in this case.

They look to be the ground terminals, under the carpet there will be some bolts/screws into the metal work that are in a position that lines up with those ring terminals.
Your rear lights have no ground so the return power from indicators or brake lamps is running through other lamps, which causes those lamps to dim and do weird stuff.
