Abscate,

In regards to the ECM I damaged:

Thanks for your counsel, and getting me in touch with Yagger. Love the Matthews website and it's moderators.

You guys provide an invaluable resource for DIYers like me.

Yagger,

You're a computer whiz, a Volvo genius, and a patient, friendly customer service IT guy.

Sorry about the slow laptop, and my unpreparedness in a few key areas. Took some time, but we got it done.

The Car runs great, no issues. Drove it to work today.

Thanks Guys!

Please let us know what he helped with. I know quite a few people have issues with Immoblizer or lost keys, wonder if he can help with this

We just transferred data from original ECM to replacement one.

I have a blog with Volvo repairs. I was thinking putting your contact there for owners who will need similar help. Let me know in a pm and also maybe write a small list with more common things you can do remotely - like programming a new key, CEM/ECM, etc
