After upgrading my laptop from WIN7 to WIN10 PRO VIDA can no longer start. WIN10 PRO installed NTOSKRNL. It is an NT Kernel that is now hogging port 80. NTOSKRNL is a web deployment system that I cannot edit nor delete.
Does anyone know if I can change the NTOSKRNL port or possibly VIDA's port?
VIDA cannot start as port 80 is already in use

Good chance it is ISS World Wide Web Publishing Service hogging port 80. Uninstall it if it is installed or disable it in Windows services.

Sometimes is Skype, in case others look here and the above doesn't work for them. Disable/uninstall Skype to open port 80 up.
