radiator replacement

Hello folks,
I recently bought a 1998 GLT with the neck broken off the top of the radiator.
I bought the new radiator installed it and now I come up short with both hoses for the turbo on top and bottom.
Like several inches. I can't move it to the right anymore. What did I do wrong? Can I buy something to extend those hoses or replace them with longer ones?

A really good friend of mine did this once and found out he had put the intercooler in upside down.

It can happen to good people.
