Hi Everyone!
I have an 1996 850 R looking to replace the wire looms (all of them). Has anyone replaced these recently ? I don't want to guess the sizes. :roll: The help would be much appreciated. Thanks

All the junkyard ones will be old and crunchy. You may need to build them yourself.

Yeah definitely can not go junkyard on wire looms, you won't even be able to collect them they will crumble in your hands. I have replaced some but I did it by getting several sizes then I have it on hand and use as needed. I'd be interested to know what it takes for a complete job, too.

Time to buy bulk wire and build a wire loom.

If you are looking for wire loom, then try to get high temperature rated. 275 to 300 F rating is better. The cheap wire loom will not last long on top of engine.
IPD has high temperature rated in the small sizes.
