I have been down this road before. My unsolicited advice would be find a good used engine and swap in by a shop. Expensive, but not a whole lot more than a head job if a shop is going to do the labor on that.

Those numbers are almost identical to mine. 98 s70 with approx 190k miles. No compression on 3, 30 dry, 40 wet looks like it’s a burnt valve now. The shop the other day didn’t say anything about a blown head gasket, but after the compression test, it smokes like hell. Runs very choppy as well. Shop only wanted to change all the fuel injectors because they said 1 and 2 were leaking (which they’re not) and they said valve cover seal bad, but it’s not. I was getting ready to change the pcv system because it’s probably been clogged forever, so I bought the kit to do the job. Not sure if it’s worth it now

Definitely not worth doing the PCV now. Two realistic choices:1) viking funeral; 2) engine swap.
