How stiff are window slider blocks supposed to be??

The technique by FCPEuro is the best (in youtube) with minor mod: do NOT remove the metal clip.

- Slide the metal clip a bit but do NOT remove it (FCPEuro video removed the clip, but no need to).
- Small amount of grease.
- Channel-lock to squeeze it in.
- Then slide the metal clip in.
