Looking to buy 1996 850 Turbo w/ 135K, need advice

I must say, Buying my volvo shocked me, it is full of problems and i don't think the maintainence was kept up on it, but i dont mind because i got it for 1400$

so far i have a leaking turbo and leaking Timing chain case, it needs new Hoses and wires, the Evaporator has to be replaced, the Heater core leaks, and the A\C blower stopped working when I got back from my deployment... this thing is chock full of problems and needs a major tune up. good thing I only drive it to and from work. but i got a steal of a deal.
I can get the turbo rebuilt for 40$ and everything else myself. i dont mind a broken air conditioner.

but so far i have replaced the PCV system and the air intake, oil changed over to synthetic and the fuel pump relay has ben changed out as well. It also has a new fuel filter and new fuel pump.

aside from that i have to repaint the bumper, new tires, and a new winshield, new Drivers side Turning lamp cover and Headlight wiper.

Shocks are fine though

It's deffinatley a car that needs constant care to be taken care of. now lets hope i dont find any old weed stashes in it, i found some when i was running some wires for my subs and i am in the military, I don't need trouble

ironslave, please be aware that you don't have a "Timing chain." You have a rubber timing belt. Oil leaking from this area can be the end of your car because you have an interference engine. If the belt (soaked in oil) gets weak and snaps, your pistons will collide and ruin your engine. This is a ticking time bomb so get it checked and replaced NOW. Most likely your cam seals are leaking. Although changing to synthetic is good for your engine, you'll probably see more leaking with synthetic until you get the problem fixed.

it has a rubber belt under the housing. i guess i should make myself a weekend project.
