00 S70 GLT SE woes

Back with an update. Feel like an idiot, but the connectors for coils 1 and 2 were flipped. I'm not sure how it happened. I re-loomed everything and the wires were "permanently" curved to where they would only go in that orientation so I assumed they had to be correct. The wire lengths don't exactly make sense either; coil one should have a longer lead than coil two.

Anyway, the problem is solved. Runs perfect now.

Every coil on plug Volvo owner eventually writes 1-5 on their coils in sharpie

Well done figuring it out and admitting to making an error. It happens to all of us but most won't admit to it! LoL!!

Glad all seems good now and hopefully stays that way.

I definitely have them labeled... problem was I took all the connectors off to re-loom them because I was prettying up the engine bay while everything was apart and somehow I managed to flip two of them. Still not entirely sure how the wires looked to be the perfect length and bend for 1&2, but were supposed to be 2&1. At any rate, it's done.

Now to put the new wastegate on and tune... the journey never ends.
