2006, XC90 2.5T no start , fuel delivery?

That tool is brilliant. How did you get the spacing right on the teeth and what did you use to cut the slots?

there are 18 eyelashes, just got the pvc piece over the pump and marked with a pen. Then everything done with a dremel.

I also have 2006 xc00 2.5t and similar fuel delivery issues. Every time I fix one code, drives great for a day, an hour, a week and then a new, different issue/DTC appears.
I wanted to let you know that my xc90 has the PEM inside, 2nd row seats, passenger side. You have to remove the seats to access PEM and fuel pump.
I also have fuel pump relay in fuse box on engine compartment. My fuel pump connectors were causing o e of problems /codes so check those. Tomorrow I'm replacing fuel pump relay and main relay - both in engine compartment fuse box.
