Synthetic really lasts a long time

Now that I finally fixed the oil leak on the T5 , though, ( turbo oil return line) it doesn’t use enough oil to warrant keeping used oil around, hardly,

I changed the oil in my motorcycle before putting it away for the winter, 550 miles on a gallon of Rotella t5 15/40. I'll use it in my daughter's s70 on her next oil change. Cut it with 2qts of 5w20, close enough.

Better off with the T5 instead of the T6 on motorcycles. I found some additional clutch slippage with the Rotella T6. Obviously this depends on if you're using a wet clutch (such as my ninja) or a dry one in which case it won't matter =)

Evita theS70 running 10,000 per year, regular oil changes
Elizabeth T5 just back on line , probably 10,000 per year
Shaggkira V70 very light, on;y 2-3k per year. Short interval changes
Ludwig VW T4 tows, so she fed a 5000 mile Syn change
Catherine the p2 v70 running 7000 per year. Regular interval

The money waster is the only one using oil, maybe a liter every year or so.
