Post by Jtdesigns »

Hi! First topic post, woot woot..
Backstory:
Flickering oil pressure light > oil pan o-ring replacement > everything bolted together > fuel line bouncing around > "oh here's a lil bracket I missed  "
Front of engine, fuel line, mount removed

Does anyone know where this bracket attaches to hold fuel line?

Thank you!!!

OP is looking for help as to where this thing goes - I don't see that help in the diagram

I think it bolts to engine on the right side of engine (towards rear of car) to secure the fuel line - I tried to look at my car but need to take the wheel off to see.

Maybe the pictures in my thread on the oil cooler will show it?

Sweet! I saw that. She's purring like a kitty now!!

One note for future endeavors....

I could only get one clamp to fit line like shown on your picture. However, there was a tab on the right side of engine that I used the second clamp on to hold the line on that side.
I feel like I just put the right side clamp on the bracket to keep them together. The car (2000 V70 XC SE) has been sitting for a few months until I could source parts and I forgot how those pieces went back on.

Thanks for your help!

JT
