That an idea I can name it Frank for short for Frankenstein. You think its time to hook up and give it life?

I will need the software and instructions to connect to your server.

Found the why for the CCM no communications. Lin BUS (-) 170 kΩ to chassis. 13Ω across harness to CCM. The dampers motors are not turning on.

I suspect the most significant why is the ground at the right A-post. I will need to pull the carpet up again to get to it. Might as well check the rest of the grounds under the carpet. Might make some other bugs go away.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

CCM-0071 -Damper motor. Faulty position
CCM-0070 -Configuration fault. Faulty identification
CCM-DD12 -Left seat heater. No communication
CCM-DD30 -Right-hand seat heater. No communication
CCM-DD16 -Damper motor air distribution. No communication
CCM-DD31 -Recirculation damper motor. No communication
CCM-DD22 -LIN bus 2. Incorrect check sum
CCM-DD02 -LIN bus 1. Incorrect check sum

Notes:
No seat heaters on S60R seats. Delete from configeration. Task for Yagger.
Three of the damper motors are physically identical. Most likely got two in the wrong postition.
Try swaping distribution with Recirculation.

Damper modules (-) 170 kΩ to chassis ground. Damper (-) to CCM 13Ω

Postition of damper motors does matter. LIN is a 1-wire bus. Each slave is addressed by a number. Sort this out after fixing the ground issue.

Installed a temporary jumper on the LIN buses. Got LIN 2 working with a good check sum. Recirculation damper motor is talking. The Distribution motor is defective. I'm going to get another another distribution damper motor and install it. That should knock the CCM DTCs down to two CCM-DD12 -Left seat heater. No communication & CCM-DD30 -Right-hand seat heater. No communication.

I got two SHMs but not the SHM harness. If I can get fish the SHM harnesses out from under the seat of a doner. I'll install them. That should clear up the last two CCM DTCs. That would give me the option of adding seat heater elements to the seats. Tho I not sure it a good idea on natural leather. If not Yagger can delete heated seats from the configuration.

I don't have skype. Been so long I forgot I had a account. Never used it once. Don't have a Skype number just the Skype name. I PM the Skype name.

Its is 4G mobile hotspot where the car is sitting now. If you want a higher bandwith I will need to push the car up by the building to catch the WIFI.

Progress. Today Yagger programed the new keys and remotes. Synced the CEM with the ECM. The engine fired up and ran for the first time in my possession. Did it over a Verizon wireless mobile hotspot.
