The person asking stated he was running his Vida program on Win7, then 'upgraded' his computer to WIN 10. As I implied, my version of 2014D is not compatible with Win 10 and his may not be as well. They are not all created the same..Pirated stuff, you know. Not claiming to be an expert on any of this, just stating my experience with my 2014D and much research a few years ago. There had been evolutions prior to my version and it would seem afterwards as well. Sure there may/is a way to get some some 2014D to operate on Win 10 but being he was on Win7 with his Vida, the possibility of it being Win 10 compatible may not exist or require some software rewrite/addition of files, etc... If this "repack" you speak of has it all sorted, I would personally buy that Win 10 compatible software(with support from seller) and save the headaches, even if there might be a way. with the existing software. It was difficult enough to install even when my version was stated to be compatible with Win 7 only and I used Win7. I certainly would not wish to do it again. Perhaps others have more recent relevant information. Just wanted to make sure that the person asking is aware that some are not going to work on Win 10. I had seen some of what might be involved, if possible on your/his/other versions, it was much more involved than what took me several days to do on Win 7 with Win7 compatible Vida. If several days and the possibility of failure are of less consequence then $100..and one enjoys such..have fun.

Hey there folks,
the solution for this issue is prettey easy.
I'm always getting this problem on my Windows 10 VIDA Notebook after Microsoft releases Major Updates.
1.) Insert the Vida Installation DVD or mount the iso image.
2.) Navigate to the /Install/Utils folder on the DVD or iso-image with Windows Explorer.
3.) Adding EnableIEHostingx86.reg and EnableIEHostingx64.reg to the registry by double-click.
Done.
Hope this helps you.
