No Heat No Air No Fan Vida Error CCM-B108177
07 S80 Heat not blowing. Air not blowing. 14 Volts at blower fan harness. Blower fan does not appear to be moving but we hear dampers opening and closing. Error on Vida is CCM-B108177 Left Temperature Damper Motor - Mechanical Failures - Command position not reachable. Please help. I do not understand how the blower motor would not move and we have this error regarding the left temperature damper motor. Please any suggestions are appreciated before I take this whole dashboard apart. And ...Thank you very much

Something physically blocking both the damper and the fan. I would remove the Cowl under the Windshield and do an inspection. It could be a accumulated pile of leaves, twigs and compost.
