So I got the first right front subframe bushing out using the drilling out of the plastic method. It came out real easy in about 5 minutes. I wrongfully assumed that I'd be able to use the jack as a press to get the new one, it's went about a half inch and then stopped. I did clean out the bore with emery cloth and put a small amount or wheel bearing grease to help it slide in but no luck.
Does anyone have any tips, tricks, or videos to get these in?
Thanks!
Any advise on how to install subframe bushings?

Thanks, I went out last night and developed a real easy method of installing these. Will post pictures after I get the other two in this morning.

I just did this and did it wrong the first time; Thank God for FCP. I built bushing pullers and bushing install tools, that I will be happy to loan to you. I did not get them seated properly and the weight of the car will not seat them. Make sure that they are lined up (there are marks on them) and make sure they are fully installed and flush. I did the job twice and that was no fun. PM me or call at 714-290-9704 if you would like to borrow the tools.

Thanks Mike, I got it figured out done and posted the topic on the forum with some pictures. I had an easy time with mine once I fashioned a way to pull them in and seat them. You're right though about getting them started straight! Thanks for the offer on the tools.
