Happy holidays everyone..got an early x-max gift and a surprise

Howdy all..hope you are all doing well. I finally shelled out the 1000$ and got the AOC pump replaced by Volvo. I didn't trust the Dorman and Volvo guarantee's it for life! Love the traction.
Anyways, I was quite surprised tonight when I went outside and tried to unlock the car with the remote. I had gloves on, and must have pushed the little yellow button.
Holy crap! There are nice little lights under the mirror! How cool! I thought the little yellow button was a panic button or something.
In my own defence, I have only had the car two years.
Ha Ha Ha!!
Cheers!

One the right side of my AT shifter is a little button with a "W" on it. I usually forget about it as I don't see it. However, I remembered it when I was slipping at a turn to go up a hill that had only been plowed on the downhill side. After selecting "W", from a stop, the car just gently moved forwards and up the hill. It stayed in low gear until it had got up some speed and seemed to control the wheel's speed on the slippery snow, perhaps using the anti-lock braking, so they weren't spinning away. It was so satisfying. (Its a 2WD.)

I have had this S60 since 2009 but its third hand, and I don't have a manual, although I do look one up from time to time online. Must be time to read the whole thing end to end.

I also find the remote's yellow button to be useful as I search for my car in large parking lots, at night. But I do wish the range was just a little more (even after a new battery).
