Speedometer stopped working one day

No abs lights, brake light has been on since purchase and the service light flashes, what do I do to fix this?

Address the brake light first since it may be unsafe.
Do you have brake fluid at the proper level in the brake fluid tank? What does the fluid look like in the tank? It should be clear and not dark colored. Check the brake lines and calipers for any wet spots that will indicate a brake fluid leak. Jack up each wheel and have someone hold the brake pedal down while you turn the wheel. If the brake does not hold that wheel, you have a brake line, brake hose, or brake caliper problem at that wheel.
If this car has lots of mile and the brake system has not been maintained, at a minimum it is likely to need a brake fluid flush.

Flashing service light always indicates a fault with instrument cluster.
You will need to replace it or to repair it.
If you didn't mentioned that i would say abs/tracs module is at fault.

I'm not a moderator. But this community is made of full of smarts et very nice guys. And because this reason, i write this sentence. If it may cost me to be banned for that i will assume.
The less you could do could be to say hello, may be, and to tell about your car ?
The 850 if it's your car, till now we don't know, is well known for the weakness of the ABS modul. There are some good adresses on this forum to try to find a solution to rebuild it.

Wheel speed sensor data is routed through the ABS module. These ABS modules are known to develop cracked solder joints at the connector pins. When one of the pins that carry the wheel speed sensor data opens the Speedometer will quit.
Get a good ELM327 interface and 850 OBD-II then read the DTCs (Diagnostics Trouble Codes).

As has been mentioned, details are very helpful.
I see by your signature that you have a '98 S70 sedan.
I'll assume that it's the car that you're talking about.
It's worthwhile to note that there are a lot of lights on
the dash and confirming that they all work is a good start.
When you first turn the key to the run position, but before
starting the car, do they all work? 22 years is a long time
for a dash light lamp. If they're burnt out or removed, you
can go a long way down the wrong troubleshooting path.
Next up - There's a Brake warning light and a Parking brake
applied light. Confirming which is on can be a game changer.
Same story with the Check Engine ( Malfunction indicator )
and Service reminder indicator lamps. Confirming which is
flashing will provide better direction.
