Center Cupholder Wood Cover Removal

Hello, everyone! I apologize in advance if this has been covered, I searched and could not find any information.

So I have a 2013 XC90 and unfortunately the wood trim around the shifter and covering the center cupholders both cracked. I ordered both parts in aluminum finish and was able to get mostly everything disassembled in order to replace, but I cannot figure out how to disassemble the cupholder after removing in order to switch the cover out. Any guidance or ideas would be appreciated.
