Hi, my 1998 v70s headlights will not work when the light switch is fully switched on. The thing that stumps me is that I can still use high beams and daytime running lights will work. Once I flip my light switch all the way, all outside lights shut off.
I have replaced the switch itself. Is it the fuse?

Two fuses for low beam, two for high beams. Was in there last weekend with no high beams, turned out I was experiencing a trip to the ride called the "wonderful world of corrosion"

I believe both the DRLs and high beam flash feature bypass the headlight relay, so that points to that.
Try swapping with a used one , they rarely fail.
