Radiator fan bolts just spinning 05 s60 2.5T, about to lose my shizzle

You might try cutting the bolt heads with a dremel cutoff disk, at least tie wrap the rad to keep it stationary or the tranny hard lines will crack.

Hey Jonesg. Where did you find this plug. I went out today after thinking it was all fixed and had 14.4v then an hour later after pulling out of garage i had 11.5 so assuming it is that corroded wire little plastic plug that goes in the back of the alternator. And now it is showing up with CEM Lin bus communication faults so assuming it is that plug for me as well. a little maddening i spent so long on alternator but at least its new now

Mine is a marine grade spade plug.
You can reach down and pull it off to inspect, you'll see what type connector you need, auto parts stores will have them.

old plug looked like this. Green gremlins started after it sat a few months.

yes that is what mine looks like. thanks. i will go cut mine off and get a replacment. this poor thing sat for quite awhile while i was trying to get vida working on my computer so its probably just gonna be one thing after another from here on out
