Rear Seat plastic help

Hey guys,
So when I tried to put my rear seats down the rear plastic broke where the seat catches on the hook. Is that part replaceable? What is that part called?

is that the latch that holds the seat down? if yes its not really needed
1981 260 GLE converted to 240 M46 after auto box failure
