Part # for left lower oil cooler hose?

The one that is leaking is the drivers side exit line that attaches to the radiator right above the rad hose. Its short and looks accessible. I'm hoping to pluck it off there without too much angst. Think I can do that without draining anything beforehand? Thanks. 96 850t.

Driver side should be the transmission cooler hoses. The outlet hose should be part# Volvo 3507931
Inlet hose 31274778

I want to say the lower hose is the inlet?

It looks like the easiest one to replace, I did an oil cooler line while back. Do I need to drain anything? It's silly expensive of course.

You can do it without draining the ATF, pretty sure it causes a bit of a mess either way. That being said, if you have done an ATF refresh in a while, it wouldn't hurt to combo it. A drain and fill will take about 3.5 quarts.

Upper one pushes oil into the radiator

Lower one flows from radiator to transmission

I'll do it, I think it's the only remaining (really) leak on this car. It was tricky because it drips and blows back, the hose itself just damp where it meets the lower fitting. But I finally caught it dripping on the lower radiator hose so there it is, and it's the original. Looks like the line comes with O rings and necessary bits to complete the install. I will add a small clamp to the fitting on the radiator side. Within last year I did drain and fill x3-4 was always surprised at how dark the fluid can get so quickly. Thanks!
